Background:
First off, I would like to tell you a little about myself. I started this company 5 years ago with the objective of making a positive change in our province’s gravel roads. My goal is to educate Council, Administration and the Road Maintenance Employees about proper road maintenance and all that it involves. I have an array of different programs that would benefit everyone including new and existing Council, Employee’s and Administration. I will customize the program to suit your municipality. The most important thing is I will come to you… you don’t have to come to me. I work with your Crew and address your gravel road infrastructure concerns. I’ll build a relationship with your employee’s and help them work on the road issues in your municipality. With a background in building and maintaining roads for 28 years, my knowledge will be an asset to your municipality. You’ll receive ongoing support as I will keep in contact with the Maintenance Crew and Foreman throughout the year. I have been to over 150 municipalities in Saskatchewan and Manitoba and found that they all struggle with the same problems.
I go through the history of our gravel roads and why roads are failing today. An education needs to be given to council operators and administration. There are a ton of cost savings ideas that we provide to help Rural municipalities save money, right from the gravel down to the cutting edges on the machines.
