Evolution Training  has many services that we provide!

CORE PROGRAM

    • This is a 2 day program, Theory and practical and is the prerequisite for all of the operator programs
    • Day 1 is theory all in a classroom environment and open to Council and Administration,  a screen or blank wall is required for the projector.
    • Day 2 is the practical portion of the class and is geared for operators, Ed will go on the road and demonstrate techniques and the operators will practice while Ed is with them, communicating through bluetooth.
    • Powered Mobile Equipment Certificates are acquired through this course for the grader.

POWERED MOBILE EQUIPMEMT (PME)

    • If your employees don’t have it…… they need it. It is a legislated law that all employees are competent for YOUR MUNICIPALITY, on every piece of equipment they operate. For more info feel free to contact Evolution Training by email or phone.

OPERATOR REFRESHER

    • 1-day practical where Ed goes out with 1 grader and 1 of your operators and they spend the day doing whatever you choose (i.e. crowning techniques, normal road blading techniques, road building…..etc.)

COUNCIL/ADMIN WORKSHOP

    • This is focused towards Council and Administrators in Occupational Health and Safety rules, Road Maintenance crowning techniques, wash boarding, weak subgrades and cutting edges. As well as importance of gravel quality and quantities, and winter grael loss.

WINTER TRAINING

    • This program is designed for education of winter techniques. With theory in the morning covering safety, gravel maintenance, blades and more.  Practical is the afternoon when Ed and the Operators hit the road to practice the techniques learned and discussed in the morning.

ROAD TOURS

    • Road tours with council. We go for a drive and explain to council what some things that they can do to improve the Municipality (gravel planning, minor to major rebuilding…..etc.)

OPERATOR

    • Hire Ed to operate your Grader for 1 day to 1 week. (holiday coverage, pulling shoulders, redefining the cross-section….etc.) Whatever job you require with a Grader can be completed.
